DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS IF POSSIBLE!! We took my husband's Beetle in for what seemed like a bad sensor. We were repeatedly assured that they knew how to work on diesel engines and knew the quirks of Volkswagens. Boy, was that far from the truth. They took two weeks to find the bad sensor, didn't keep us updated, and kept doing work that we hadn't authorized. $900 later, we picked up the car to find that they hadn't reset the computer. They told us point blank that they were glad we brought the car in, because they used it to learn on for another repair job that had come in. Finally, a few days after pickup, when we thought everything was sorted, the car blew a cam. This is a car that in 150K miles had NEVER had engine trouble.
