DO NOT HIRE HIM. Scott replaced a concrete patio and the finish work was less than exceptional. There is now a small dip that collects water when it rains and sits for days. He rented a dumpster and 5 weeks after the Job has been completed the dumpster is still here. He will not return my calls or the company that rented him the dumpster.
