Had H. Snow to property to repair virtually brand new Samsung dryer. The entire experience was bad. Snotty attitudes, refused to test it before they left. Called company for assistance and they laughed at me. Finally I just told the tech to just get out and leave . . . long story but I personally will never use Herb Snow ever again. What's wrong with just basic help and decency to your customers ?? Do yourself a favor and call someone else!!! One star for them. ...read more

Mid-America Appliance & TV

Mid America Appliance in Wichita are horrible to deal with. I live out of town and purchased a used washer and dryer from them. They assured me both units worked but since I wasn't picking them up until 4 days later they would have a technician verify both units were in good working order. I get them home and neither of them work. Since I live out of town I specifically requested the units be thoroughly checked and I was assured they would be. The units come with a 30 day warranty but I have to load them up and take them back to the store for repairs. The only reason I purchased them was because they assured me they were in good working order to begin with. Since they miss represented the appliances as working when they clearly have serious problems; I request they come repair them at my home or refund my money and come pick them up. They declined to do either or make this right in any way. This store has 2 locations in Wichita and I would stay far far away from them unless you enjoy throwing away your money. ...read more

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. Tech came out for intial appt and didn't have correct tools or parts to fix our dryer. Scheduled 2nd appt for 1 week later. Tech came out with incorrect part. Part was ordered but because of the the upcoming holiday, we were low priority and scheduled for 2 weeks later. Received call from tech the DAY of the appt (15 minutes before their 2 hour window was due to expire) and was told (by an extremely rude scheduler named Kelsey) that they had AGAIN ordered the wrong part and that it would be another week. 1 month without a dryer and still not fixed. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!! ...read more
