I've lost track of how many times this store has screwed up my order. Every single time I go through their drive thru, I order the same thing. They either give me the wrong sandwich, or just fail to put the MEAT on the sandwich. As someone who worked at a McDonald's in high school, I know how hard that job is. It's not. 1. The employees should know the order numbers. If they don't, they should ask. Especially if the screen isn't working or being used for the customer to verify the order. 2. The managers should LOOK at the customers when they're handing out the food. If they can't do their job right, the least they could do is be friendly. ... and it has been for years at this location. Understaffed, underpaid, over-worked and as a reflection the food is terrible and very greasy. Didin't even notice a manager working.
