If anyone in the Wichita area uses Wichita Insurance, LLC as your insurance agent, don't. This guy is a real jerk. He just cancelled a bond on us with no notice or anything because we bought another bond with another company. I never received a warning letter about it or anything and when I called to ask what was going on, he was rude and nasty on the phone. He even told me he just assumed we didn't want it since we had bought other bonds from other companies. What he did is illegal and I will be filing a complaint with the insurance commissioner. ...read more

Ron found me an insurance company that has given me great service and unbelievably low rates; I must have gotten quotes from just about every major insurance provider I could find; all of them asking more a month than I am paying now. Ron and Aaron are always ready to assist you in any way they can, they always make me feel like my business is more important than anything- and that feeling starts the minute I walk in their door, and they say my name when they say Hello. Dedicated agent John stayed late to help me out and answer the many questions that I had when I started my insurnace. Also, I filed a claim and they were very quick to respond and help get me going again. I also saved a lot of money when I switched to American Family John Rouse Agency and I even had what I thought was a cheaper company previously.
