My only complaint is a one time leniency on the late rent fee. I had never been late on rent, but one month after being diagnosed with cancer and having surgery I was 3 days late. I feel it could have been waived the one time. That has been the only occurrence I was late paying rent. ...read more

Discount on rent for those who have resigned leases. I've lived here for 5 years and LOVE it, but every single year my rent goes up. It would be nice to reward those who have been there for a number of years with offering $10 off a month or something or leaving the rent prices the same and raising every other year.
