I DO NOT recommend living here. I’ve lived at Corinth Gardens for 3 yrs and I’m absolutely fed up with how terrible it is. Do NOT expect a timely response to your maintenance requests here, or even one at all without contacting them multiple times. The laundry room is disgusting, with leaves, dirt, dust & bugs all over it. There’s never a time when I’m in there that at least one machine isn't broken. Noise travels easily in these apts and I can hear my neighbor through the wall when he’s just talking. Terrible landscaping and parking lot upkeep in winter. Added an allegedly "state-of-the-art" fitness center that's a tiny room with about 4 machines and residents had to pay to get a key to use it when they want to. I considered several very good agents before choosing the Core 1 Team. I decided that Rich and Cheryl Steffen were a cut above the pack in experience, competence and integrity. I was not disappointed. Their plan for selling my house was detailed and impressive. Once I signed them up they did everything they said they would and more. My house was an excellent value with certain characteristics that limited its market. But their persistence and creativity got the job done. Their help in getting some remodeling done after I moved 600 miles away was indispensable. The eventual buyer was another real estate agent whose respect for my agent turned out to be essential to the negotiations which resulted in a fair price after a lowball initial offer. ...read more
