I have been an acount holder at this bank for almost a year now. They have told that I had been overdrawn since the day I started my account. It was pretty funny considering you need atleast 100 smackers to start an acount and the only check I wrote after starting the account was for 12 bucks. Where did the rest of my money go??? I didn't spend. Since clearing that up via complaint to the customer service line. Then I did go over 4 real and paid my dues. Now they're telling me I'm over again when I should have twenty dollars not much I know but enough so that I'm not over between paydays. And another thing when u go over they don't charge you 25 dollars like other banks and then just pay the place. As a parent of a Pitt State college student, I have become aware of their deceptive practices to prey on inexperienced college students, including intentionally sending out statements late, or not at all, in order trap the students into making late payments.
