Ordered a part for my Honda Rebel. They charged my card right away. Part didn't come, they answer"had to outsource it, you'll get it." Month later no part. Called again..."Oh, they ended up not having it." I said OK, credit my card back. "Sure, they said. Week later, no credit to card. Called again..."Sorry, I forgot. I'll do it now while on phone".
