This is the second ""official"" Starbucks in Olathe [there is a kiosk inside Target]. The manager Dionne is just amazing. Tracy is sweet & clever. Gina always has some wisecrack up her sleeve. Ryan is a witty conversationalist/debater. I've often overheard Emily singing some goofy song. Stacy always remembers the customer's name & beverage.
