My husband and I have paid this company over $700 and we hit a rough time and had to stop payments. Travis Joyce called us today and talked to me like an idiot...it's not like we aren't trying....and when I told him he was rude he yelled at me so I hung up. He called back and called me names, like a b****, and told me to have a good f-ing day. I left messages for supervisors and have heard nothing. They will not get another penny, I will pay an attorney first. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Collectors don't have to be rude to get results. ...read more

Baron BMW might be fine if you accept their diagnosis of a problem and do not questions. We have been attempting to resolve the SAME issue for over a year. My car has been in their at least 6 times for a minimum of 2-3 weeks at a time. After a year they refused to issue a guarantee that their latest fix would actually fix the problem. We were willing to pay as long as they guaranteed their ability to fix the problem. The were unwilling to work with us and try to come up with a solution which was fair.
