Do NOT Call This Company!!! My mother in law called them for 2 days to get rates. They quoted $68.00 for an inspection and charged her $302.00 They stated she needed to sign a release since she did not own her duplex. They would give her an estimate for treatment at time of inspection. When the guy showed up he had her sign the paper then used her bathroom. He then proceeded to inspect and told her she was infested with rats. He wanted $150.00 to take off the register and look down it. She stated she did not have that kind of money. He then went to his truck with the paper she signed and came back with an amount of $302.00 for her to pay. She told him she didn't have it. He told her he would see her in court. He never set any traps or left any stickey pads or left any bait. He did not even use any tools. Today the city of Kansas City came out with their rat control division and it did not cost her a thing. They also determined she has a nest of mice - no rats anywhere! ...read more

If you actually need help with something, DON'T call this company! I heard some kind of small animal fall down into my fireplace two nights ago, so I called A-Bee's that morning. About 5 hours later, I got a return call and they said they MIGHT be able to come out that night, but if not, they'd call the next morning. Of course, they didn't come that night. So the next morning around 11:00, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. They "didn't have their schedule in front of them, but I was definitely on the schedule for that day". 6:30 pm that night, I called again & left a message. It is now nearly 48 hours after I heard the animal fall, and no one has called or come over. Luckily, it looks as though the animal has managed to crawl back out.
