I tried to pay Bella for my fence rental at the beginning of July. They were never open and I kept going to their office for a week straight same thing, not open. My neighbor who recently moved out around the 20th of July came and told me Bella was seized by the state. I contacted the State Dept. in return they pushed me back here to Fort Riley's Legal office. I could only leave a message and never recieved a return phone call. The big Issue I have is that I just got a bill from Bella/Sunflower Saturday for being 2 months behind they have no address and they don't accept card payments. They only want cash or check but I don't want to be scammed. Can someone let me know more about whats going on? please ...read more

The company has been seized by the state of Kansas. As of now payments will not be sent to Bella/Sunflower. Tri-City Fence is still in talks with the state of Kansas to provide removal services for those PCSing/ETSing.
