After they incorporate the new law concerning overdraft 'protection'. I bet this bank thrives solely on overdraft fees. Yes, it is the responsibility of the account holder to watch their balances, but do they pay ME a fee when they screw up a transaction on my account? no. As much money they make from me trying to make ends meet from a month to month basis, shouldn't they approve me for another loan even though I've paid off one of their loans in the past and have been a dedicated account holder with them for YEARS? yes, but they don't. I hate this bank; and their inconvenient location on Webb road where there is no traffic light and you are thrown against the grain of busy traffic from their cramped 'circular' drive puts me in a bad mood any time I have to go there to conduct business. ...read more
