I went to through the drive-thru October 29th, 2007 around eleven in the daytime. I ordered a big mac minus the cheese, large, and with a diet dr. pepper. The monopoly game is playing and there were no game pieces on my large fries. My fries were soggy, cold, and they weren't even filled all the way in the box. So, I practically paid for a large and got a medium fry. My big mac was so sloppy, it wasn't even put together. I used to work for the Chanute, KS McDonald's and it wasn't like what it is now. Changes need to happen, and McDonald's should serve the customer their food hot and fresh, and with a smile. Thank-you for your time. I hope to see improvements. ...read more
