Kelly is Amazing! She has given me the motivation I had been missing for 16 years to get out and exercise. Every class is different and I look forward to seeing Kelly and the other women that attend. Kelly motivates you do always do your personal best. She makes sure you are using good form and having fun while you work your muscles. I have discovered muscles I never knew I had and doing exercises I always thought world be too difficult for me to handle. Kelly made that possible by being there and making me see I was stronger than I thought. Working out with Kelly is fun, exhausting and highly motivating. Kelly is truly one of a kind.
