Great for surfing lessons
We took surfing lessons through this company in March 2007. Their guarantee was that if you didn't learn to surf, you didn't have to pay. This uncoordinated fool learned to surf.
They advertise 1 instructor per 3 students. Only 3 of us showed up that day, so my friend and I ended up with one instructor both of us. The other person got one on one. Jeff taught us- he was great. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Surfing turned out to be a work out for us- but he probably put forth more effort than the both of us. He worked very hard to keep us and our boards where they were supposed to be.
Most importantly, this was the most fun we had in Maui. I was hesitant to sign up because I figured I wouldn't be any good at it. It took some practice, but Jeff made it fun. If you're at all interested in surfing try them out!
