Had my car towed there through AAA. I told them it had no brakes and had leaks in the brake lines. They told me the brake line needed to be replaced. When I told them someone would pick it up, he said no problem. When the car was being picked up, he wanted my driver to pay for the charges (towing & diagnostic). I reminded him AAA covered the towing. When he towed the car in I asked for an estimate to fix the brakes. They gave me an estimate: Time & material at $70 hr. Also charged me $85 (he said diagnostic) to tell me this. I think he charged me for the estimate since I wasn't having him do the work. I’d be a little leary about dealing with this shop again.
