This Company is a joke. he pays you when he thinks you deserve it.he leaves the office early, or has you running around, and then you have to wait 3 or 4 days for him to write you a check. He make incentives for contests, and if you win, he'll say there was a catch, and try to get out of giving you the prize. You don't get paid training,3 days. They have 5 people making appt for you, you go to the house, show them how a vacuum works, if they buy it you get a little bonus, if not then you get paid 20 dollars for the appt. Oh, and fyi, the vacuum is like 2,000 and no one is gonna pay for that.you get 3 appts a day and only get paid the 20. 60 bucks a day don't sound bad, but when your driving all over and have to eat out, then your pretty much paying for gas. oh, here is The catch:if you have a canceled appointment, hooray, you just wasted a tank of gas. I was recently laid off from the factory I was working at so I applied to this company, which is a sales company btw, but when the job was described to me their employees pay is not based upon sales. Its actually based on just showing the customers how it works. I have never done sales so i was skeptical working for a sales company. Anyway i sucked it up and gave it a shot. I worked there for 6 weeks and didn't sell a thing and I made $1950. I got a new opportunity out of state making twice as much as I did at the old factory and used the money i made(without selling a thing might I add) at Mcintire to relocate where I met my now wife and mother of my children.
