Ken Sr. and Jr. have a great thing going here. They came out the same day that I called and looked at a Dave's Machinery forklift. The truck has been nothing but trouble, but the crew at EFS has been on the ball trying to make it right for us. Good and the bad. I dealt with this company off and on for 8 years. The owner is great and the receptionist is always nice. Never had a problem till my last delivery of dirt. The delivery driver was an idiot and down right mean. He would not listen to me about where to drive the truck to the spot I wanted the load dumped. He seemed very agitated when I showed him the stake in the ground when I wanted it dumped. He tried to take his own route and almost drove over my drain pipe till I stopped him and told him where to go - AGAIN. Instead of driving down then backing up - he backed down then had to turn the truck around to dump the load. TOTALLY BACKWARDS of how any normal person would do it. He missed the spot I wanted it dumped by 20 feet and ripping up my whole yard in the process of him tring to turn the truck around.
