Have used these guys 3 times. First experience was to replace a Kohler faucet- it took the plumber (I think his name was John and was a nice guy) about 4 hours but he did it after having to take the faucet to his shop- this was a good experience and I tried them again to fix my shower mixer which became an all day affair with the first guy leaving and saying he couldn't do it and finally the on-call guy finished the job- but the shower still has issues. Third experience was for another bathroom faucet that their plumber (an older man) spent about an hour and a half looking at and spraying wd40 on while conferring with his wife on the phone and then finally saying he couldn't remove it an leaving. I had to get another company who came and repaired it in about 30 minutes. I received a hefty bill for close to two hundred dollars for each of these services and not an apology when we complained. My advice: USE SOME OTHER SERVICE IF YOU CAN. ...read more
