I have just recieved a top of the line CPAP machine which contained no user manual and was missing the software that is included as per the manufacturers website. I have had more unpleasant moments with this place than pleasant ones including missing memory sticks, and a machine that was replaced with a much lower quality unit when returned for repair. althouh 3 out of the five staff that I delt with are friendly, the results are poor. ...read more
