WFUL MANAGEMENT! Stay away from this property management. They simply do whatever they can do to charge over $500 deposit with lame excuses. For example, I have never smoked in MY ENTIRE LIFE (my husband is also a non-smoker). And one of the things they charged money from us when we were moving out is, guess what: MANY CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE WALL. SERIOUSLY' Among other things they overcharged, they took $100 for cigarette burns that we haven't smoked! On the other hand, the houses really don't worth the price. When we were moving in, they said the house we rent is very new and modern, but every month we needed to call labor to fix the drain & toilet sink!
