I have been a client since Lifelong Fitness opened three years ago and am very satisfied. I was a client at another personal training facility and my trainer was the owner. He consistently cancelled sessions or didn' t show up and asked for payment in advance of the renewal contract. When I heard a new facility was opening I took advantage of the free assessment and signed up immediately. My trainer is also a co-owner. Jason is an honest, dedicated, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. He has never been a no show and if he needs to cancel a session schedules a make up session in advance. He has never asked for payment in advance of renewal. He and his staff are accredited personal trainers. Unlike other facilities, his staff has been with him for a couple of years. I have gone from one who has always hated to exercise to loving it and looking forward to my workouts. My personal trainer Jason has made all the difference. Jason and his staff are very knowledgeable, not intimidating, and know how to keep you motivated. I have gone from a size 12-14 to a size 4 and I'm in the best condition of my life. Now that is fun! Lifelong Fitness is the place for you if you really want your efforts to turn into results. Having an appointment to work out and a personal trainer to teach you how to perform the exercises is worth every penny I am paying for it. It is a small gym so you get to know a lot of the other clients which makes going to the gym more pleasurable as well. I might also add that I haven't hesitated to pay months is advace for my sessions as I have found Jason to be an honest businessman. Stopped by this gym to discuss personal training. Owner was in office, watching TV, feet on the desk, dressed in a ripped shirt and shorts. If I am going to spend the type of money they are quoting ($60 an hour), I expect a more professional approach. ...read more
