Has or had a young Hispanic female name Dee who was able to go back into their system and steak all of my personal info and opened up what I found out to be 3 lines at Verizon. They don't want to take responsibility and lied and said she did it by accident. Corporate is not responding either. How can you honestly try to tell an educated person a lie like that. You don't do an accident on 3 sperate incidents. And the heifer had someone working with her at one of their other locations on 71st and keystone. Radio shack is a fraud and they are criminals too. I can't believe Family Video in Indianapolis, Indiana where we are having some of the worst snow storms in years! They don't care about the safety or well being of their customers. They want to charge late fees because I refuse to go out in this weather to return the movies even though the Mayor said for people to stay off the roads.
