The company continually delayed coming out to fix the awning under warranty. For over six weeks we would call and they would tell us that they would be out the following week. The following week the company would not show up nor would they call to let us know that they would not make it out to our house. We finally asked them to just take the awning down and give us our money back since they would not honor the warranty. Now it has been two and a half months and of course the awning is still not fixed, nor has it been removed. We have had to hire an attorney to help us come to some resolution due to the companies lack of response. I will update if we ever get this resolved. ...read more
