I had Mr. Steve Mattingly, owner of Mattingly Lawn Care, treat my yard today. His overall knowledge and expertise in the area of lawn care is, in my opinion, second to none. Not only does he offer great rates (such as 50% off your first treatment) but he also guarantees the quality of his work with his “Mattingly edge to edge guarantee”. If you or someone you know are looking into having their lawn treated look no further, this is the man for the job. Don’t just take my word for it though, have him come out, talk to you and give you a free estimate. Prices are fair and generally lower than what all of the competitors are charging. I recently contacted diversity lawncare to perform.some basic lawn care needs my husband and i had. Upon completion of that job, we were so estatic about the wonderful job that they had performed that we had them do a complete.makeover on our yard and needless to say our neighbors began to ask who performed our services and the referrals began. DO NOT HIRE!!! I hired this company to install a 5000 sf pond in my yard at a cost of $56,000. They undersized the pond by 1500 sf, the liner leaks, the water flows over only 1/3 of the waterfall, and none of the dispersion piping and clean out vaults are installed in the bog. They have since quit the project, leaving the finish grading, bog gravel installation, overflow spillway, and edging stones unfinished... My yard is a disaster!
