I have only been to your establishment twice, but both times I received EXCELLENT assistance from your staff. I wanted to especially commend the young ladies who were present today (December 28th, 2012) between the hours of 2pm and 4pm who were having to deal with the issue of a lack of water due to a maintenance man (incorrectly) turning off the water. The young ladies were informed by the maintenance man that he would need to turn off the HOT water to repair the issue. He then left to get a part. However, the maintenance man actually turned off ALL the water. This created an issue (as you can imagine) for the customers who were trying to wash clothes. While some customers were understanding, other customers were quite rude. You want the truth, here it is.The beds they use are great! I 100% approve of their older german-style beds. Older beds are a lot better than the newer ones, due to the fact that they have less restrictions and are wired differently.Yes, the lamps/bulbs ARE old. That's why many of the customers have complained of not getting any color. Don't let the management tell you any differently. The owner claims that all the lamps are changed at half-life. They are not. They were only changed when her husband came in and did it for her. The regular beds had their lamps changed once within a year and four months. I think the super bed lamps were either changed or rotated. All the other beds did not have their lamps changed within that time frame. I know this for a fact. The store was clean... but the staff is very rude, especially an attendant named Courtney. I lost money in a machine, and was NOT reimbursed. The amount was no big deal in the long run, but it was the implication of being a liar that really upset me. Before I went to air-tan I searched for reviews and checked out their website to see how others liked it. All reviews were great and the website was nicely put together and provided the information that I needed to reassure me that this would be a good option. I've gotten spray tans before and have had my fair share of good and bad results. When I went to air-tan, the employee working was nice and helpful. Before the spray tan I was fairly pale and asked for a natural medium color. She recommend a 3. Directly afterwards, the color looked pretty good! If only it would have stayed that way... Within the next 24 hours I was 8 shades darker and looked like an umpa lumpa. It was COMPLETELY unnatural looking, not to mention the color seeped into my pores and looked like brown dark dots on certain areas of my body. And the color settled weird around my nose and mouth, and I looked like I had a mustache (and still sort of do)! I'm so disappointed. I did all of the before and after care steps, so I know that its not my doing. Also, my face and body is already getting blotchy and discolored (and i just got the spray tan 2 days ago)! I plan on going home right after work and attempt to scrub all of this spray tan off. I would not recommend going to air-tan. Even if I had gotten a lighter color (such as a 2 or 1), the application was uneven and the formula easily settled into my pores (and my pores aren't big!). ...read more

Putting a laundry and tanning service together in the same location was possibly the best business decision they could have possibly made! I went to Laundry & Tan Connection for the first time. It was a great expierence. I just went to do laundry, but I ended up getting a monthly tanning package, and some new lotion!! The staff was so helpful, and answered every question I had about their beds, and products. The salon was very clean, and had a nice aroma. I felt like the pricing of my tanning package was very reasonable and affordable.
