I ordered a futon bed from Walmart. After it supposedly arrived at their destination, I set up a time for it to be delivered. At the time it was supposed to be delivered to me, they called and said that it was "mis-directed" to Portland! They had no idea where the package was UNTIL it was time to be delivered! I had already thrown my mattresses away expecting the new one to arrive that day. When I called to complain, all they could say was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". I will NEVER order anything if I know they're the ones shipping it.
