PILOT IS SCUM OF THE EARTH!!!!! "pride yourself in customer service"?!?! IS that some kind of sick joke??? THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE. Unprofessional liars is what they are, and how they even operate a business I do not understand. They are so flat out awful, I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. & to LIE to customers!? & get caught in their lie! Outlandish. If you don't care when your item comes or is picked up, or what condition it's in, then totally use them.

I ordered a futon bed from Walmart. After it supposedly arrived at their destination, I set up a time for it to be delivered. At the time it was supposed to be delivered to me, they called and said that it was "mis-directed" to Portland! They had no idea where the package was UNTIL it was time to be delivered! I had already thrown my mattresses away expecting the new one to arrive that day. When I called to complain, all they could say was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". I will NEVER order anything if I know they're the ones shipping it. This a mickey mouse, second rate operation with no customer service and people don't care whether you get your package or not.

Pilot delayed sending me a claim form until the time for claim to be filed EXPIRED and then they denied the claim based on the time period. Clearly dishonest people . i'm not done with them but felt the need to warn others. Stay away from Pilot Freight Service. Zero stars would be more appropriate!
