I ordered a futon bed from Walmart. After it supposedly arrived at their destination, I set up a time for it to be delivered. At the time it was supposed to be delivered to me, they called and said that it was "mis-directed" to Portland! They had no idea where the pa...ckage was UNTIL it was time to be delivered! I had already thrown my mattresses away expecting the new one to arrive that day. When I called to complain, all they could say was, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". Pilot delayed sending me a claim form until the time for claim to be filed EXPIRED and then they denied the claim based on the time period. Clearly dishonest people . i'm not done with them but felt the need to warn others. Stay away from Pilot Freight Service. Zero stars would be more appropriate!

Pilot the most uncivilized shipping company. Got my LCD tv all broken up. Dell a crappy company works with a crappy freight services.
