Please spare yourself the agony of signing a lease w/ Axia urban/ urban partners. David and Ryan seem like nice down to earth guys, at first. The management at these apartments do not care for the well being of their tenants. The area is an unsafe area to raise a family in. For EX: cars are broke into monthly and glass is left on sidewalks and on road ways even after the office is informed. They will charge you for anything and everything. Maintenance crew will enter your apartment without knocking and while you are not home. They will not inform you that people have been shot on the premises, robbed on the premises, and for the most part are races. The office staff will not attempt to deal with issues in or around your apartment building EX: the North side of 7206 has 20+ diapers laying in a small area on the ground, people that are not living in Riverchase are not allowed to be on the premises without someone that does live in the apartments BUT they allow this to happ ...read more
