Today I visited Cellular Necessities at Greenwood Park Mall (Indiana) to fix my broken glass on Samsung Galaxy S3 White. It was a brand new phone which I bought directly from verizon 5 months ago. Except for the broken glass, the phone was perfect and there was no single scratch. Representative very confidently said that the look and feel would exactly be the same after it is fixed. She thoroughly checked the phone before providing the job sheet. After 2.5 hours phone was fixed and it was given to me to check and verify. The Silver bizel around the phone was completely damaged and there were too many hard scratches on all the four corners. Service person initially denied to accept that she messed it up but after lengthy discussions she offered me with some phone accessories which I denied. However they charged me 106 USD and messed it up. On the whole, I had a very bad experience and I am extremely disappointed with the job done for my New Samsung Galaxy S3. It now looks like a very old phone with too many hard scratches. I strongly do not recommend this to any one. Think twice before visiting this kiosk. ...read more
