I selected Connie to photograph my wedding and have been nothing but pleased and impressed with her services. She always answered my e-mails within a day of writing them. She was flexible, professional and organized and always a pleasure to work with. The day of the wedding went by without a hitch in terms of photography and the photos are amazing. She even sped up the processing of the wedding photos so I could show them to a family member with a terminal illness. I highly recommend Connie Stephens Photography to anyone planning a wedding or wanting other portrait services. ...read more

Connie did an outstanding job at our daughter's wedding. She listened to what our needs and wants were for the shoot. She addressed many questions we had before the "Big Day" and made sure we were all understanding what was to take place. Connie and her assistant Ron, were very professional yet personable at the wedding . I have nothing but praise for both of them. She went over and above what other photographers would do - at no additional charge and stayed until the bridal party left. Connie Stephens Photography will be highly recommended by us! ...read more

Office Cleaning
Office cleaning how much to charge and how much you should pay, for cleaning companies this changes from bid to bid, some companies like once a week cleaning, other like 3-5 a week cleaning, some like dusting, other like only trash pick up and clean restrooms, kitchen vacuum and moping, 3-5 a week like full services, this is dusting, polish desk, furniture, clean door glass, clean door handles, etc. For companies how much is too high, what is right price, just always remember you are paying a company rate, not employee rate, some school districts pay $14.00per hour + benefits, if your company needs once a week cleaning, for 2200 sq.ft, no dusting no furniture polish, look to pay $25.00 for each cleaning for once a week, if building is 2500 sq.ft, this includes full services, dusting, furniture polish for 5 days a week cleaning look to pay around $2000-$2500 so around $.10 sq.ft -. Hopefully this gives you something to work with, this is just office cleaning rates. Roger W. Cobbs Clean-N-Shine 317-457-3756 www.officecleaningindianapolis.com ...read more

Floor Waxing
Floor waxing should be done every 1 to 2 years if floor has been clean + high speed buffer on a daily to weekly schedule. This short blog is about how many coats of wax is needed, each coat of wax on average has 18% to 25% solids, solids are molecules packed together, more solids equal a harder molecules. So, by knowing this gives you the customer a heads up, so a floor without wax needs 100% solids don't take anything less, there are some big name companies out there will put 60% to 75% solids on floor, and this is wrong. First coat of wax without sealer equals 0, why 0 first coat of wax will go into tile, you want wax to build on tile, so next coat is 1 coat, let's say each coat has 22% solids, now we need to have 100% solids, we will need 4 more coat for 5 coats on top of first coat of wax, that equals 5 coats with 22% solids equals 110 solids on top of first coat that went into tile. You now have inside scoop on floor waxing and here is another heads up, most janitors don't know about solids, why, know one has trained them ...read more

DANIELLE
When Danielle's mom first contacted me to plan a HS senior shoot, she requested that we somehow include one of St. Paul's fire trucks in some of the images as Danielle along with her family has quite a history of being long-time volunteer fire fighters. This request certainly got my creative juices flowing, and I couldn't wait to meet Danielle for the shoot. We had an absolutely great time! Danielle is truly one of the reasons why I love to do High School Senior Photography. She was a joy to work with, and we had a lot of fun. Danielle loves to listen to country music, enjoys scrap-booking, and is crazy about her miniature Australian Shepherd Chloe. Get this….it wasn't until a couple of days ago that I found out that Danielle was also elected to MISS FLAME OF DISTRICT 10. Looking at her beautiful pictures, I am not really surprised….she is a very beautiful girl!!! Hope you enjoy watching the video and pictures on my Facebook page or on my website at http://www.conniestephensphotography.com/Other/Animoto-Private/14036994_J2Kyy#1033036303_JF49m-A-LB, as much as I enjoyed taking them! ...read more
