Worrell's Lockout Service

Just like most of the reviews I have read on yellowbot.com, Worrell's doesn't seem to care about doing their job. My car was supposed to be towed to a body shop. I was told 2 to 2 1/2 hours and to just leave the keys in the car. I called 3 hours later to make sure if it had been towed. The guy said he wasn't sure and couldn't check (huh? Red flag, for sure). Arrived at work the next morning and my car was still there. They did not call or let me know they didn't tow it. I'm still in awe at how much they do not care. I called my All State provider back and told them what happened and asked for Blue Eagle towing, as the body shop (preferred auto) told me they did a great job. Low and behold, 20 minutes later (they said 50 minutes, but beat that time by 30 minutes) they were there to tow. The guy was very good and very friendly. Avoid Worrell's like the plague unless you like not getting the job done. ...read more
