I sent my MacBook Pro laptop to have my computer repaired in September 2012. The company's technician, Adam Marshall, said he would have it repaired for me. Mr. Marshall never followed up with me, I had to constantly contact him. In February 2013, he said he mailed my repaired computer back to me. I never received it. I contacted him several times but he wouldn't give me a tracking number for the shipment. I demanded a replacement laptop. He said he would get one to me right away.
