Pharmacy staff lacks customer service skills. Every month they make excuses for not having medicine in stock and never offer to order or help. I spend hundreds of dollars there each month and have had a bad experience each time I deal with the staff. I went in to get a flu shot. No other customers in pharmacy. Told me to have a seat. I sat for over 20 minutes while they stood around chatting. I went to the CVS down the street. Within 5 minutes I had my flu shot and was out the door.
