When i called about my dryer the person acted like he was in such a hurry to just get off the phone and couldn't come out till the next day. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and figured he was just busy. Then when he got there, he checked a couple things and said my dryer was fine. I had a someone else come look at it and they discovered the melted cable and burn spot on the back of my dryer! Glad my house didn't catch fire. I had to get a new dryer and when i called to tell them about it, they were rude and refused to refund my money. Very disappointing. ...read more
