poor customer service\t\nI moved in to these apartments on 5/26/12 i was happy with it until I checked my range/stove it was rusted and filthy\t\nthe racks had rusted as well\t\nthe range should be requested\t\ni know none of those leasing people in that office would eat or feed their family anything from that stove. WHO WOULD\t\ni was rudely offered an option not take the lease- after we wasted time and money waiting to move there! our previous lease will expire in days and nothing in this area offers a 3 bedroom in that time frame. we were screwed and i didnt want to impose on family.\t\nthe assistant manager would rather loose a year of money and do not lease than just fix the stove. for $1100 month I feel I dont deserve this\t\nchoosing woods of britton in Fishers, IN was a huge mistake\t\nthey put me in a bad situation- we already had utilities switched to that place and moving truck rented to move and address change- i cant believe this the service they provide\t\nThis was a big disappointment The day I was given the keys turned out to be a disaster ...read more
