Superior Van & Mobility has an inventory of all the different possibility of vans -- new vans with new conversions, used vans with new conversions, and used vans with used conversions -- as well as other kinds of lifts for wheelchairs that can be used with cars. What I most appreciate about both the sales and service people is their helpfulness, both before and after I bought my first mobility van. I was very ignorant and asked all kinds of questions, and they were very patient with me and went "above and beyond" to accomodate all my needs and concerns. The salesman helped me understand what I needed, and then searched through the inventory in all their Indiana and Kentucky stores and promptly moved a van that fit my desires and price range down from South Bend to Evansville. Under no pressure and with no hassles, I bought a used van with a used conversion at a very reasonable price and am now amazed at how much easier getting around with a wheelchair has become. And I'm very pleased with the continued excellent customer service. Even when I had a problem with the wheelchair suddenly losing power, they immediately came out to my house to take care of it. Although it had nothing to do with the van at all, they didn't charge me for this service.
