This company doesn't care if your happy with your rental, you are just a monthly commission check. The protery listed in Sheridan 4203 W. 176th St. has many issues that will not be disclosed to new leasee. There is no cell phone service, you have to go outside to take a call, the frnt bdrm has mildew problems, the carpet is wet in the spring and smells of mildew all summer - owner refuses to acknowledge also the wall has ice onit during the winter. There are many times when you have to go to the garage because the breaker blows. Verizon is the only phone service aval, and limits DSL to only 50 people. There is no water pressure, flushing toilet three times to drain. the dryer needs ran 3x's to dry clothes, the cieling fan in kitchen is mucked up w/grease and won't work. Baseboard heat-electric bill well over $400. Middle bdrm also smells of mildew in summer. No garage, no snow service in Jan and Feb. Owner hates life therefore will hate leasee.
