Where is my review of two days ago? During an eyebrow waxing, I was burned by carelessness. I did not get so much as an "I'm sorry." All I got was a,"Put Vaseline on it." I've been going here for years, but never again! I had my eyebrows waxed, and the person doing it burned me! Because waxing stings, and the area is red for a while, I did not realize it right away. Shortly after I got home, i saw that the area just outside my brow (where there is no hair) was badly burned. When I went to the salon to speak to them today, the response was, "Put some Vaseline on it." No apology! Then the two people I was speaking to turned away and went back to what they were doing! If you value the skin on your face (or anywhere else for that matter), don't go to this Spa! My burn still hurts a lot and it's been over 48 hours! (And don't treat a burn with Vaseline!) ...read more
