I have known Pedro for about 15 years. I have worked with him when I was a loan officer. As an investor, I have purchased and sold many properties through him. Now I am agent working for him. I am very impressed with him as an agent, as a professional, and as a person. I have never seen him do anything unfair with any client; in fact, he seems to go above and beyond what would be reasonable to make sure that everyone has a positive experience with him. I don't know who this "MJ" person is. Neither does anyone else reading this. For all we know, it could be a different realtor trying to damage Pedro's reputation. If there was an option for negative stars this guy would break a record. Not only does he suck as a so called agent, but he has no manners, and lacks professionalism. If you are looking to get ripped off, and lose your house or future house,this is the guy to call no doubt.
