I don't want anyone to ever get this faulty product and end up having to return (pay shipping plus restocking fee) like I did!!! The final product is AWFUL - puckering all around the frame and loose fabric all over and ridges around the front. It doesn't look ANYTHING like the product on the website!!! They also charge a 15% "Restocking" fee for returns. I tried EVERYTHING to make this awning work and it was fruitless - I'm an experienced do-it-yourselfer. This is not by any stretch of the imagination a product that will enhance the look of your home. I wouldn't even install it on my back door.
