We've used Bright Star for 6 months now. We met with Sarah and Garry first and they asked a lot of questions to understand what we needed. Before we started, they sent 2 CNA's and we chose the one our family liked best. Sometimes I think my Dad likes his caregiver more than me. The office calls regularly, too. After the first invoice they checked to see if we had questions and even though things are great, they still call to make sure we're happy. They even called once to tell us our CNA was going to be 5 minutes late. Who does that? It great to be able to go to work and know my Dad is in such good hands. ...read more

I've been seeing Don Kronenberg for as long as he has been at Hoover and Associates. He's been a very capable and caring psychotherapist. As far at the practice is concern, Carrie, the office admin has been flexible with me when I had insurance issues. The front desk receptionist remembers me when I come in and is always very kind to me. I would recommend this practice to anyone (having had issues with other practices in the past). ...read more
