This is minus stars but want to protect the public. This company seems to be front for calling and harassing our citizenry such as myself who innocently answers a phone call and then gets told she is running away from some debt from the '90's. Not only have I always put in a change of address showing I never run away from anything but I have lived in the same area for over 25 years! I don't owe any money and the money these DeKalb Co Sol people are trying to steal from people is money already claimed for loss with the IRS! Do not give them any info.
