I have been trying for months to contact this company because they send out the billing for a nursing home in Morton Illinois (Morton Terrace/Morton Villa) and I had questions regarding billing. EVERY time I have called whether locally or to the corporate office I am left having to "leave a message with Rick or Dora at corporate" if I want to get an answer. When I leave a message it never gets returned! If I press '0' to talk to the operator I am sent on a wild loop again!! The billing changes almost monthly which makes it difficult to set up any kind of bill pay. I think they should be reported for fraud as OBVIOUSLY there is nobody actually at this office!!!!
