The first time I tried to schedule a visit for a recall in August I couldn't get a single person to help. After 2 weeks I finally got someone to pick up the phone, but only to tell me they didn't have the parts to do the recall. Horrible service. I decided to give a 2nd try before deleting the service number from my contacts for good. Totally different experience this time. Someone answered the phone, got an appointment set up quickly, and the people in the service dept were very friendly and responsive. I waited maybe 1hr for the recall to be done and was out the door quickly. If this is a new service group, I'll be back. Thanks for turning things around. ...read more

The 2011 Hyundai Sonata has been receiving a lot of buzz recently. The talk I have heard about it is extremely positive. In fact, the sedan recently received a prestigious award. It was named a President's Award Winner by AutoPacific.AutoPacific is based in California and also has a branch in the Detroit area. This company specializes in gaining information about the automotive industry. Every year they release information on trends and information within the auto sector. Recently they surveyed 975 owners of the 2011 Sonata in 48 separate categories.
