She'll even come to your home and teach the art of chocolate with “east meets west” flavors that make the best chocolate & food pairing for your impressive get-together. “If sushi is the focus of a dinner party, our matcha green tea truffles would be perfect,” says Chef Wada. “We’ll make recommendations based on clients’ needs but they can customize their event with truffle flavors they’d like to make.” Flavors include Champagne, matcha green tea, Japanese yuzu, pear caramel liqueur, Tahitian vanilla, hazelnut gianduja and passion fruit. Classes can also be customized for business functions, birthdays, wedding showers or any other special event. Chocolatines' Workshop 411 - Both hands-on and demonstration-only classes are available - we'll let you decide the level of interactivity. - Workshops are held at your choice of location or Chocolatines' Schaumburg facility. - Reservations must be made two weeks in advance. - Classes take about two hours and everyone gets a goody bag.
