Jim and Gary's is under new management. I personally met the owners Lisa & Jeannie and other Barbers Zhanna, Ted and Leo who stated they run an old time Barbershop specializing is customer service first. Several of us waited for a haircut before the opening time of 9:00. I had arrived as the first customer and others arrived later. When the door was opened, the owner chose one of his friends as his first customer. I left and will not go back again. Now an argument over who gets their hair cut first is not the end of the world.
