I have preferred the King for burgers for well over 20 years and have always gone out of my way to find one when I am traveling or in town just doing errands. This location frankly should be shut down, and I wonder how many health violations have been citing by the Illinois Health Department. It is filthy, the staff is poorly trained for fast and efficient service, and the food is mediocre at best. After my first visit, I vowed to never return again. A year later, I decided to give a try to the drive up but was equally disappointed. At least I did not experience the inside of the place.\t\n\t\nDon't know what happened to the high quality of cleanliness, prompt service, and great food that had been a staple of Burger King, but this location is a disgrace to the name Burger King.
